Still snowing outside. I don't have a trainer or rollers at home to do my last ride of the month so it'll be wet and probably a little short but I will get it done. I'll follow that up with a run. At least I can do the run inside on the track at the oval.

We should have a party to celebrate when the challenge is over.

You guys are all so awesome getting 105%. Even those that have had health/family issues have done a great job staying on top of your training. You've really helped me stay motivated this month go reach my goals.  I know I wouldn't have pushed as hard as I have if I wasn't worried about dragging the team down by not reaching my goals. Its been an excellent month being a Twister. Thanks everyone.

Yeah...same thing with me.  I gave blood once, and normally they just take your pulse for 10 seconds and multiply it by 6...but one time this lady took my pulse for the whole minute.  I though maybe she just wanted to hold my hand longer...LOL...but she had to make sure my pulse wasn't too low.  They say if it's lower than 50, you get rejected...it ended up being right about 50...which is pretty low considering I was sitting upright, and it was already 4-5 hours into my day.

They won't take my blood at all.  Too much time in Europe.

Same here...damn that madcow!

Hahaha.... I didn't recognize the avatar, thought we had an infiltrator!  You're smiling, it must be pre-race.

Back from that pool....  That finishes it for the month.  105% for the month on the goals.  I really wanted to hit 40k on the swim, but fell a little shy.  It still was my biggest swim month ever!!!

Nice job, Tim!!!

I still need to update the spreadsheet and while I didn't hit 105% on anything, I did get 100% on my PT and strength. I still have to get my last run in but I PROMISE I will get it done ~ its still early here!

(I don't think that's the correct use of that word but is anyone here really an English major?!? Besides, I couldn't think of a better word and in my mind, it fit...ok, i'm going to stop rambling here)

Dang, I'm sorry, Twisters.  I missed one of my run sessions.  I had to work extra hours this week. I hate it when work interferes with real life!  Frown     I am at 98% overall.

This has been a great team.  Thank you!!

I am so excited that most of us are together again for another month!

I enjoyed my ride in the snow so much that I went back out and ran in the snow too. That puts me at 100% on my run session and 105% on the other three.  Overall we are over 91%.  Way to go Twisters! I'm pretty sure we have this in the bag.  It looks like we got the grand slam on this challenge.  Again its been great working together to motivate each other and get to know each other a little bit.

See you in next month's challenge!

Just wanted to say thank you to whomever kept up my portion of the log.  Though, unfortunately, it was likely not that difficult as that I didn't do nearly as much as I set my goal for.  The wind blew me away this month (and a lot of workouts with it).

I won't be around the Challenge Forum much in April. This month is as bad if not worse than December in terms of holidays => 2 b-days, Easter, tri for hubby {on kiddo's b-day}, school auction, start of soccer season {=building teams, coaches' mtgs, setting up/painting fields - in new park I've never dealt with , etc} , and other things.  So aside from Sat Apr 10th and Sundays, I'm not planning on any designated workouts, just hitting what I can when I can.

I'm glad to see that many of you acheived some great goals this month and are doing awesome getting ready for the season.  KEEP IT UP!!!!

Did we get any special line that we get to add to our signature for winning this challenge?  I added something to mine but thought I would check to see if there is something official.

Oh no!  What happened to our spreadsheet? I just checked to make sure we were still in the lead and our spreadsheet is gone!  BTW, our totals as of about midnight last night (mountain time) would still make it a clean sweep when compared with the bEASTies totals as of right now.
