Artemis - 2008-03-29 7:26 AM So, are we allowed to go over goal and have it count towards the challenge? It's going to make a difference in our percentage as we have one person already above 100%.

Hi Jen - Im capping it at 100% for this one so EVERYONE needs to reach their goals!

That's what I thought.  Thanks, Cat.

Woot! Had a good ride today, in the lead up to my next race which is in 3 weeks (road race 130km) did a 113km ride today in 4:23, so now I have 2 3/4 hours left to go to get to my goal.  So 2 hours recovery MTB tomorrow and then 45 mins on the trainer and I'm done

BONDGIRL; I am also thinking about signing up for the April Fools Weightloss challenge. But still need to think about it as I will be in germany and flying from there for 10 days next month and  that will be tough foodwise. But maybe it keeps me accountable

Have a great weekend everyone and let´s finish this

I'm so glad This weight loss thing doesn't start 'til next week as we went away for the night and I think I've eaten my food quota for the next month. I never want to eat again!

It's really hard to eat well when you travel, but I don't think there is a penalty for losing and it may make you think twice about that yummy dessert!

It has been fullfilled

I am DONE and at 100% and I still have Spinning to do tomorrow so will definitly get over 100%...

It was an unplanned bike ride as couldn´t make up my mind of going to the gym or going to the pool so I thought while thinking about that I might as well bike

I am also studying a lot now as I have a very important entry test for a major airline in less than 2 weeks so I try to combine studying with working out as mucha s I can.

I guess that means off to the gym now to study while going on the crosstrainer

Have a great Saturday everyone

PS: BONDGIRL, you are right so I will join Nothing to loose

Did Ironman California 70.3 today and had a blast. This was a great tuneup race for IMCdA in June and although my time is not quite what I had hoped for, it was still a great day out there.

Now at:

Bike: 644.4/600 - 107.4% Complete

Team: 97.59%

We are almost there. If I feel up to it, I might do a short recovery ride on the trainer tomorrow just to shake out the legs.

Hey guys!  I have been so out of touch

Long ride today: dropped car off for it's checkup, rode to meet people for a ride, rode up and down the foothills and back to the dealership.  60 miles, 6000+ elevation gain says the garmin but I'm thinking half of that.   So I'm over goal - yay!

Everyone's doing an awesome job!!  Go Peeps!!!
