I haven't opened any presents yet; it's almost guaranteed that there will be something bike/tri related in there. I've got my kids tonight (and they have their needs regardless of my birthday) so no big plans. I did go out for dinner on Sunday and might get a second birthday dinner this weekend.

I think you and I are close to the same era~~

I don't think I'm quite old enough to be dated in geological terms! Let's just say that I'm solidly in the 45-49 AG

Regardless of what we do tonight, I'll be back on the rollers tomorrow morning logging those peep jouster miles!

I blew off a "College Funding" seminar (no fun) and went out for birthday dinner instead (Tex-Mex). Afterwards I was thrilled to see that Rita's Italian Ice has already reopened! Lemon ice desert!

PS I did 13 miles on the rollers this morning 

Frank knee was feeling better yesterday.  I think he may have even worked out a little bit.

I don't know, he is way ahead of me on time right now, so maybe it is me you need to worry about.  LOL.  I'll be caught up by Sunday (50%), have no fear. 

chikopiakomak - 2008-03-12 9:56 AM My first BRICK last night!!! 1 hr 5 min in spin then off to the treadmill for 15 of light jog/running!! swam yesterday AM - yeah!!!!! going to try to spin for 30 minutes tonight too and get an hour in this weekend - will try to get over 110% but am REALLY wanting to do 120%+ for my goal of 8 hrs on the bike/spinner. Rt leg is a little tweaky today - so if i spin it will be an easy "ride" Wow Lynne - can't believe you got out in that wind yesterday - impressive!! glad the sun was out at least it was COLD (to me anyway!!

Wow, if you count the whole day, you did a Triathlon.  All three sports in one day.  No one said they had to be back to back, did they?  LOL

Well, he walked on it going off to work today, so I would assume it is doing better.  does that make me a bad wife to not notice that he is hurting while I'm busy getting off to work myself?  Darn, i try so hard to be a stepford wife.  LOL

I didn't even get up with the DH this morning....I just well.....SLEPT! I actually slept in really late for me...

we had a friend in town and we went to dinner...I had a few glasses of wine with dinner and glass of port wine with dessert...and did not go to bed til around midnite...and that is REALLY late for this ole gal! so...I opted to have a late day today....and the DH....he was up at 5am....I just looked at my watch and turned over and went back to la la land! so, no you are not such a bad wife....but me!?!?!
