Just think how much better you'll feel about the life stuff once you get your training in. (works for me at least) Some things just seem a little easier to face after a good workout. If any of you who read this are in the Dallas area, he has had all kinds of new stations and local newspapers contacting him to do a story about this race. Pro 4353 Wallingford, PA | Subject: RE: Team Lively Lava Thanks all, for your motivation today! I did finally get my workouts in today. I had to drag myself to the gym, but I DID feel better when I got them done. Intervals on the treadmill today - definitely had to kind of push may way through the workout to get them done. Then a nice recovery swim. Funny thing about swimming... for some reason I often have to kind of push myself to get into the pool, but I almost ALWAYS feel better after a swim workout! Keep up the good work, team! |

I have been working out and logging my mileage. I know I need to get on the bike, but the weather has been awful, I am supposed to do 14 miles tomorrow, but I don't think that is going to happen. I am hoping to pick up at least 5 miles between meetings. I am going to catch up inspires now. I am so glad to be back! |

Member 168 Omaha, NE | Subject: RE: Team Lively Lava I lucked out and got my run in with some sunshine this afternoon, but things are looking pretty dismal for Thursday. I'll keep an eye on the forecast and see how many miles I can put in then. In the meantime, I've got to get working on my swim goal, so I guess I better pack for the pool tomorrow. I'm kind of in the same boat as a lot of people with swimming...the hardest part is dragging my butt to the pool. Once I get there, I'll feel a lot better. So wish me luck or a kick in the butt or something because by golly I'm swimming tomorrow! |
