I'm a little jealous you seem to be able to type better posts with a freshly diced hand than I just normally do. hehe, it's actually with a very S L O W left hand... just be happy you don't have to try to read my left handed hand writing! |

Royal(PITA) 14270 West Chester, Ohio | Subject: RE: March CRUSHERS U-Pick It Challenge TR shared her spinach roll ups....here's a couple of my current easy, fast & good favorites My favorite breakfast (looks funny but tastes good) 1/2 C low fat yogurt 1/2 C OJ 6 tbsp steel cut oats (uncooked) 2 T craisins 1 T wheat germ 1 T unsalted sunflower seeds dash vanilla **recipe calls for 2 tsp honey, I have played with this and cut it way down
Mix all together and keep refrigerated at least 4 hours before eating. If made with the full amount of honey is about 200 cal .
My favorite lunch: whole wheat tortilla, heat in pan with 1-2 oz shredded low fat cheese and sliced tomato. When cheese melts take off the heat and add in lettuce and a few slices of avocado. this is about 260 cal

I got out for a 20-minute walk today. Precious. Have a headache now, though. And my armpit itches. I hope it is not fleas. Yanti, you just crack me up! Thanks for the Crusher love everyone. They got me in and out pretty quickly. I'm now chillin' with my sweet 4 year old and a princess movie. She take such good care of her mama! I feel good, although my fingers and hand are still half numb. And I think I'm not doing too bad left handed so far! Keep us up to date with the healing process! I hope to never deal with a hand injury, but if I do I'm happy to be ambidextrous. |

Suicide has been missing for two days now. I'm not doing so well. This is a cat that is trained to come when called, and always has, and all three animals ALWAYS assemble when my car comes home, and all three animals always sleep with me at night (though the two kitties go out for night forays, they always come back to bed and curl up). She's just vanished, and she's been present for none of the above. Lisa and I went and combed the neighborhood--if anyone could find her, Lisa would--but not a trace. Funny, my neighbor has a cat that looks just like her (but bigger and fatter), and nobody remembers seeing either of them for the last two days. Help. |

Veteran 392 Calgary | Subject: RE: March CRUSHERS U-Pick It Challenge So we're just a little more than halfway through the month - how's everyone doing on their goals? I'm happy to report my training is going well - I have missed very few workouts, and am feeling great. Strong and fit and healthy. ;-) I was asked to join a triathlon team - TriCops - I'm pretty excited! Good group of people to train with, and promote ... my first volunteer event with them will be at the Calgary Police Half Marathon Apr 16 (which I am not running, the Achilles cannot hold up more than 12-15K now unfortunately) ... ? |

That's fantastic! And volunteering is even more fun than racing and almost as tiring, heh. I have a feeling your version of "eating sucks" is probably my version of "dang, I'm turning into a rabbit."
