Finally working through all my insurance issues (or should I say NO insurance issues)...

Had to go out of pocket, but finally got that biopsy done on the silly little leision next to my thyroid.  I will know in a week the results, and when they are negative, then I can get insurance...  Phew, just a couple more weeks than I can be wreckless again!

The cool news is, I am trying to get into a race in France or England when I go abroad this July...  That would be awesome...

Only when they did the first initial litocane shot...  (like when they do dental work)...  Then the rest of the needs in my neck?  Nothing.

HOWEVER, it's starting to feel like someone punched me in the neck or I have a really bad sore throat, now that the anesthetic wore off...  I need to take some aspirin.  No restrictions though since it was just a tiny needle.  I swam right after and will run tonight.

I was about to add, all is good and normal here, the guys are insulting eachother the only thing missing is the girls and several fruit related presses.

how do you log a training session when it only involves a wetsuit on and off drill. where the off drill lasted 2x longer to get the top off.  (note to self look up at the nice blue xterrra banner)

I am borrowing a 2 piece de soto T1 that is about a half size smaller than it should be.  Why go for speed in T1 when you can entertain all.

Another fun day ahead for me. 

I just keep telling myself "make it through Friday then off for 2 weeks".  Off to Annapolis next week for navy rowing camp then rowing in a race next Sat. then  a week of sculling camp here in Tampa.  It will be a fun vacation.
