On your long bike rides how do you refill your bottles? Do you jsut plan to be by a store or back by the house or what. I chug though 2 bottle after about 25 miles and just go back by the house. of course that has been 95ish out.

So, I'm excited about this and I figure I will share it here... I put on my favorite pair of work pants today, the ones that are a little roomy but look super cute, and after I zipped and buttoned them I took two steps and they fell down to my knees.  So I've officially lost enough weight that my pants are falling off.

This is good for two reasons.  1.  Because I need/want to.  and 2.  Now I get to go shopping for new pants.

So today is a good day.

evondo - 2010-08-10 9:36 AM Get an aero drink and a rear bottle holder and you'll add 3 more bottles to your bike (take the rear off for races at very least). I carry 4 bottles on all long rides and fill 2-3 of them up at a store cause I go through about a bottle every 30'.

Newtons1st - 2010-08-10 8:58 AM Does drinking warm water work for you? I hate it. My 2nd bottle is an insulated one and I freeze Gatoraid in it and it works good for my 2nd bottle. First bottle I just water and ice. Then repeat when I stop by the house.

bzgl40 - 2010-08-11 10:30 AM Multivitamin, yea or nay?  I can't decide if it is a waste of my time or energy or not.  Too much info out there.  Half says waste of time, half says good.  Course half of those who say it is a waste of time say but only in a pill, here take this liquid version.  Um, ok, so your not just trying to sell your product or anything.  Don't be telling me to get all my vitamins from foods.  Chocolate doesn't have nearly enough nutrients for that.
