Spinervals Mental Toughness, Intervals on the trainer this morning. Only got in a little more than half the workout (50 mins of a 1 hr 15 minute interval DVD), pressed for time. But this is def one of the harder intervals I've done. Many times you are in the 12 rear cog. Quads were burning. I am really liking the KK Rock n Roll Fluid trainer, more and more, especially when standing/climbing, and have the ability to rock back and forth without having that fear of twisting your frame. Still having trouble getting into Ortho, they still have no power in Glastonbury. So I am afraid to go pay for the gym membership, not knowing if I'll be choosing surgery, or avoiding it. I wouldn't be able to swim probably until April if I choose to have surgery. Blows!! I really want to avoid it! |
