Afterwards, felt pretty good so made up Barbara from saturday. Round 1 - 3:01 Round 2 - 2:59 Round 3 - 3:12 Round 4 - 3:42 Round 5 - 4:08 Total - 16:22 First 3 sets of everything unbroken, 4th & 5th set had to break up pull ups and squats. What a killer, I feel dizzy still.
