Is there anyway I can get them here? For some reason I have this thing for German food and beer, so I definitely LOVE boiling a good brat in beer and then crisping it up. Top it with some kraut or onions...Mmmmmmmmmmm. |

Basically all you can get is the breast, and those are pretty small. Wrap in bacon and grill. Squirrel... eh. But in stew, it's just a meat. Deer is one of my favorite meats. Which is good I guess since I think they outnumber the people in Mississippi. |

You can order them from the website: http://www.usinger.com/ My favorite ones are the fresh bratwurst (they hold up to the beer and grilling the best) and the cajun ones. Pretty much everything is delicious. They make it there. |

My husband's grandmother always offers venison, venison sausage, and sometimes bear when we go home for Christmas. Lots of our families hunt, so Christmas is when they usually share it with the family. Good times. |

A place in Starkville would pack it like a breakfast sausage. Mmmm... deer sausage biscuits probably accounted for half my weight gain in college. |

We always have it as summer sausage type. |

Whats a biscuit? The only type of bicuits I know tend to be sweet.. and sometimes covered in chocolate... Made with flour and buttermilk (the best way) or plain milk and eggs. You put anything from meat, butter, jam/jelly, syrup, etc... on it. Sausage and a fried egg is my favorite way.
