Dropped a half minute per mile off my pace at a slightly lower HR from the same workout last week. Headed in the right direction. Still a struggle at times to make myself run that slow. I am right there with you! Each run/bike gets better though! 1400 swim this morning. I was able to do 4x100's today with 30 seconds rest. I want to get to 5 and then start decreasing the rest in between before my first race! I worked on form after those with some pulls and kicks. Hope everyone has a great day!
