Weather was great here (finally). Sunny and up to 80 degrees both days. Saturday early workout then baseball league all day from 10:00 til 19:00. Some good games and only a couple very minor injuries. Saturday night dinner with daughters who were especially good natured and talkative. I'm thinking 2 for 2 at this point. Sunday good 90 minute ride on the indoor bike, grocery shopping, cleaned the pool, nap, and watched the Masters. It doesn't good much better.

I had a good weekend.  We went to Atlanta, ate a great meal with G3 at Campagnolo, ran down memory lane at the Pi Mile Race at Georgia Tech, went for a long walk in Piedmont Park with JWKMH to see the dogwoods and azalaes in bloom, and got the taxes ready, (actually all I did was glance over them.  They were done by JWKMH's accountant.)  I counted it as a win.

Helped a friend by laying down some different bass lines on some songs in both pizz and arco with the double bass.  Created some new metal art stuff.  Went on a bike ride with the wife in 30 mph winds, after we did about 6 hours of shopping for everything on the "list".  Pretty good weekend.

 And you??

Baseball and Softball games with the kids this weekend for me.  Although I did blow a tire on the trainer yesterday.  I guess you could count that as fun too. 

Not a fan of chiros, but look for one in your area that does ART and is part of a sports medicine practice/group. It did wonders for my wife's back. I am also dealing with some hip pain (I think it is a hip flexor strain) and I am planning to make an appointment for this week.

i'm kind of anti-chiropractor.  i might try to get into a doc later this week if this doesn't go away.  it's very uncomfortable right now, but not downright painful.

My boy's bday is next month and he has discovered Yugioh so I get to buy a bunch of cards woot! lol

I am going to have to parafilm her legs, that's what I do to employees who decide to show-up with a little leg showing in my lab.
