Great job everyone

I am actually feeling quite recovered after my Half Ironman in Saturday and plan on getting in one more hop on the trainer tonight. (Mostly for recovery)

Should put me over 110% of goal for the month. (I promise I was not sandbagging when I chose my goal)

Waterdog - That was a fantastic goal and I wish I could pull off 600 miles in 4 weeks!

I think I slept all of 4 hours last night due to the pain.  Race report is here Chickasaw Trace Classic .  The pics look better in my album.  I left the office today around 2PM as I was absolutely miserable, and went to the doctor.  The x-rays turned out negative.  They did give me a steroid shot to reduce the swelling, some strong anti-inflammitories for nighttime use, some mild ones for daytime and some pain med.  On the downhill where I wrecked, just out of some people that I know from Sunday's race, one girl got 5 stiches in her arm, one guy bruised his sternum and another guy broke his helmet in 7 places.  I won't race in those conditions again, for sure.

Way to go Peep Army!  I have certainly enjoyed talking with everyone over the past month!  We came, we saw, we conquered!!!!!!

Hey Army!  This peep has seen limited action over the last week.  I've been pretty run down.

Last night I returned to active duty with a session on the trainer to bring my kms up.

YAY!

Good luck to those of you doing the april challenge.  It's the end of the try season here so I'm going to give myself a bit of a break.

Heal up now!

So since we're officially 100%, do we get a bragging signature like in February?  I'd like to collect a "My team won the ___ challenge" for each month of the year

That would be one giant peep!

I am feeling better.  A little lingering cold symptoms, but nothing too bad.
