Using my gold membership, I asked the coaches what I should due during run workouts until my knee feels better. They suggested that I hike/walk on the treadmill at inclines, as that would increase my endurance more than the elliptical and many triathletes aren't relying on simply run endurance during the run segment of a triathlon. So, this morning I was scheduled for a 1:45 run, so I did a 1:45 walk at 5% to 10% inclines. It was quite hard! I hope everyone is having a good weekend.
