Its 1:30pm and Ive finallycommitted to getting up.... the weather is revolting so I have ridden and cant yet covince myself to swim or run! Cat!!!! 1:30....yep, it's time to get up  Well i got up.... saw theweather,.. went back to bed... got up... had some brekkie...talked to the flat mate.... went backto bed... got up... showered... and now Im in bed with the laptop... Yes Im bad... but Im hormonal and my tummy is still mad and the weather is AWFUL and I have to get up before the crack of stupid tomorrow for the TDF promo shoot so... I figure its justified sounds justified to me! |

So... Im going to see if CG s up for a swim... Either way Im thinking a swim...maybe followed by a run then chocolate stop might be the way to go...
