ironannekidd - 2010-10-06 1:51 PM Another worthless meeting followed by 2 aggrevating emails. Can today get any better?

Your cat could be so mad at the vet that he pooped in his carrier on the way home.

last year I met my wife at the campground after my son's football game - she wanted me to bring the dog.  It got sick/diarreah in the carrier.  I took her out of the car and she cleaned it.  There is not enough money to make me want to clean that up!!!

How big is your dog?

Only one of mine is small enough to carry around in a carrier, and he'd probably bite me if I tried to put him in one.

Like a terrier size but I would kick the dogs a$$ if they tried to bite me no matter what

I agree. We have always said we would not keep aggressive dogs. We had neighbors down the road that had a lab that had bitten 3 people, but the owners would still let the dog loose out in the yard.

My little dog is old, often in pain, and sometimes grumpy. He will be 16 on the 29th of this month. He's been a good dog and is given some leniency on things.

We've just never had dogs in carriers. We do crate them at night if they sleep in the house.

Working on your post count is a good thing. Maybe you could post some amusing pictures for us, or tell us a scary Halloween story.

Or you could post pictures of panties you want to wear in Cali!

I think if you want to see them you should have to come to Carlsbad and see them in person.

When is it again?

Jan 23rd. We will be celebrating Neal's birthday, my birthday, and I think someone mentioned something about a race that weekend, too.

That is what I thought - I am out - that is when the DW and DD go to Disney and I get to hang with my boy all weekend.

Next year at the MCM I will be there

You planning on running or spectating?

So...I'm kinda freaking out about this whole marathon thing right now...

Debating if I have run enough...have the legs...can finish...I'm forcing myself to follow the original taper plan...no adding extra runs...will not help...but in my mind it will help...

Anyways...I just started thinking about this while studying nutrition stuff. Fun..

Melindy, I have an idea:  go post your running goals in the challenge thread. Then, run those miles. No more. No less.

You will ROCK your marathon.

Helloo??? You just started your 2nd year of Med School.....you have a full schedule. We're here to help when you need it.

Everything I've read suggests the fitter you are, the tougher the taper. Hang in there. You will finish.
