You're trying to put a 2mm tip in a 5mm slot while holding the pipette about 9inches above where you're putting the tip. Plus looking through a layer of plastic and a tank full of water. Plus it's made out of gel, so go too deep or left or right too far and you've f'd it up. And the samples are warm and tips clog. It sort of looked like they were straining, as if they had to apply a lot of force and shaking, but it was pretty easy... MS? Drinking problem? There is no noticable shake day to day at the desk... I'm just a shaky person. Add to that too much caffeine and I am really bad. HA HA HA HA HA ... and I was usually drunk, hungover, and had tried to compensate for it with way too much coffee. |

We had the same rule for our NaOH glass washing - 2L water + 500g NaOH. It's a recipe for disaster if you don't pay attention. |
