I must be the world's worst cat owner. They screw up, they get cat-javelined across the room. Or used as the ball in kitty soccer, played with the dog.

Unfortunately, they like this.

Back to the drawing board ...

Yanti, your cats are a whole different breed.  They either think they are people or dogs or something else.  I have no ideas anymore on training your cats.

If your kitten really gets into the power cords, you can use double sided tape on the cord.   The cats usually don't like the tape and will eventually stay away.

Maybe I should try moving her too! Rather than just distracting her...

She is pretty good with the scratching post... she has just discovered legs are good for climbing though!

I think you should get her a dog.

Tilly Vanderkitten could have her very own Toby Vanderpuppy. LOL

Or, I guess you could do this ^^^^.

But I think it would be more fun (for me anyway), if you got Tilly Vanderkitten her very own Toby Vanderpuppy.

It's because they've taken their names seriously.

I wonder what would happen if you named the next ones "Fluffy" and "Flossy." Although, your maid would probably think you're getting sick again, if you did that.....

Hey Cat (and everyone else, but I think Cat will be especially amused by this),

I got asked to organize a team for the Tour de Fleece on my knitting forum!  Basically, you work on spinning (making yarn) every day during the TdF and have an extra hard challenge for days like the Col de Tourmalet!

I wonder if they know what they've gotten themselves into asking me to do it!!

Love it!! You will have to spin and watch the tour simultaneously which would occupy both of your passions Laughing

Or just duct-tape them (cats) to the wall.  End of problem.

Yup, I'd say they have no idea what they have let themselves get into by having you coordinate the TdF.  Have fun.

Yanti's suggestion when I asked out in COJ to what I should change my avatar to.  I liked it - it's cute and denotes the fact that I dislike swimming, thus the little donkey is wearing one of those Type IV ring buoy.

So today, a coworker says, "Oh, I'm not sick. It's just allergies."

And at the end of the day, she says, "Gee. I don't think this is allergies. Hope I didn't just get the entire floor sick....."

Yep. Lovely. I think I'm gonna Lysol her down tomorrow.
