My "lap dog" German Shepherd decided to try to climb on my lap. I lost a bunch of work. Sigh, I have now re-set my auto save to once per minute instead of once per 5 minutes.

I was unhappy with the final results. The video is much clearer than this, but the editor seems to have really messed it up. But hopefully you can enjoy the show.
WOWOWOW! Those are amazing dresses! Glad you got to see it. Everyone had a lot of fun making the dresses, and they were all so different. |

I think temporary psychosis is normal under these circumstances. Is that an oxymoron? Two days is a piece of cake. You are gonna be fine. By the time you read this it will be only one day .. or a day and a half... if you are a sleep or studying and not messing about on the internet. |

Champion 6225 | Subject: RE: Ghoulies Are Peachy in May! the next two days are reasonably manageable.
its THURSDAY SNOOZE DAY TONIGHT. its my one evening off with the kids and we hang and eat junk and watch a movie. YAY!. 2 meetings and 1 client today.
tomorrow i have 1 client in the morning and 1 client late afternoon/early evening and a supervison meeting in between.
i got assigned two new cases this past week and that should be IT for now, im thinking, hoping, praying. i worked out a schedule on paper last night and the pieces fell into place. hopefully they will in 'real life'....
got meet my two new kiddos and their families, get a feel for their availability. then its ONWARD HO into the summer.
i keep telling myself its just a few weeks, clients will be away on vacations and such. i have a great babysitters and my kids are good at being at home by themselves for short periods of time. they have a rec program that they are going to 4 mornings a week june and july. i have a friend at the Y who offered to have her daughter come when she is working so the boys could hang out with her for a morning or two. it should all come together...challenging...but it should all come together.
breathe in, breathe out.
ahh the days of being a non working stay at home mom.
the upside, i LOVE what a i do.

You may want to consider running away from home. I'll meet you somewhere warm. Sounds like things are working out for you for the summer though.

MotoQueen 13195 | Subject: RE: Ghoulies Are Peachy in May! Ah, the trials and joys of motherhood. Do they every end? No, I don't believe they do. My baby is 27 and I came home between work and working out to find he had not done what he was supposed to have done for the past 4 days. I simply looked at him as I left and said "I'm angry" and headed out. The next day, it was all done. But tell me, why I'm still having to do this after 27 years? I keep praying he will get in school or get a job, and then find a really awesome girl who will take him away from me (of course my foot print will be on his behind.) |

Champion 16743 Somewhere I can be nekidd | Subject: RE: Ghoulies Are Peachy in May! Good morning Ghoulies! We had an action packed evening of soccer practice, severe thunderstorms, and tornado warnings. My daughter also had her class play yesterday. I wasn't going to go, work stuff, but I did. I'm really glad I went. The entire class did a fantastic job. After the cast party we got to watch a slideshow of events throughout the year, it was really cute. I was even in it, and so was my sister. My sister was a "Mystery Reader" earlier in the year. Soccer practice ended just in time to beat the storms, and I'm glad the kids weren't caught out in it, but it was no fun driving through. I did spend most of soccer practice reading a book on my new NOOK! I put a load of kids books on it yesterday afternoon, and right before we left for soccer I put something on for me to read during practice. I need to figure out how to do the downloads with the local library, otherwise I can see me spending A LOT of money buying books this summer.

Yea for your daughters class- good choice on going, Ann. Glad the weather held out for the practice. We had the same storms here. Twisters to the south of us even. This is a powerful spring. For the nominal fee for a library card for out of are users, Kendra can hook you up with her library. Though, in your area you probably have lots of libraries that have electronic downloads. I still love my magazines and my books on paper. But I love love love my Nook, too! |
