Science Nerd 28760 Redwood City, California | Subject: RE: Running with Scissors MDHillSlug - 2008-02-09 3:31 PM No more runs for me this week, but I'm right on target. Got out today for a 27 mile ride; nice tailwind on the way out, but, of course, it was an annoying head wind on the way back. 15.9mph ave out, 12.4mph back! Tomorrow is a well needed rest day (nothing but a mani/pedi on the schedule ) Nice ride today! Enjoy your rest day today. That sounds like a great treat and you totally deserve it. You've been working really hard! |

I think the travel and the stress of a new job showed up during my workout. I got 'r done, that's about all I can say. I'm a bit behind, but not much and no worries, I will make the goal! the other former Blisters on the team can attest for that |

I am on target and will definitely meet my goal ( I signed up for 65miles and have done 24, so I am hoping to do around 75 or 80 if possible. Iam hoping everyone is planning to surpass the 100% goal since Dee will more then likely be adding a percentage at the end again (last month was 120%). So all you Running with Scissor Teammates...try and ramp up those runs and go past whatever your goal is. YOU CAN DO IT! by george...you are SCISSORS! |

It was the same sort of nasty bruise thing underneath. Big toe on my left foot. Having experienced these before I knew that if I waited last night to see if it got better...well I knew it wouldn't. :-( I also knew that the ER wouldn't get any better on a Fri. night. So I went on and I am soooo glad I did. I went to baseball practice today and jogged for a few minutes and I think I made the right decision. I should be good to go tomorrow or Mon. at the latest for a good long run. The weather is great here and Iwant to take advantage of it. KIU Scissors |

Now now - we don't know that for sure. Heck, I don't even know what I'm going to do TOMORROW, much less at the end of the month! LOL I did it last month because we seemed to have a lot of people injured or sick. So I decided to let their teammates do "extra percentages" But... well, there's no guarantee that I'll offer that bonus again this month... Which means everyone better plan on hitting their target goals --> or find a nice Patriots avatar to wear next month! |

Team Standings - as of Sun Feb 10th:
Congratulations to Team Swimming Rocks! They are the current leaders in the Feb Challenge! I've noticed that some of the lower ranking teams have members who haven't reported in. In other words - the majority of the team is DOING FINE! But there are one or two people who have ZEROS recorded, which really brings the team total down! Remember, your training needs to be reported on your BT Training log and on the spreadsheet! Team captains - please help your team members log their training correctly. February is now 28% completed. So there's still plenty of time for you to SWIM, BIKE and RUN! - Dee
