Hey now, if I can suck it up and get in the pool while I'm... how did Kendra put it? It sounded way nicer than it actually is... "under the weather big time", those of you who are behind on your swimming can get in there and move from one side to the other a buncha times to catch up. Drills, doggy paddle, sidestroke, freestyle, kick sets... it alllll counts. I promise you don't have an excuse that can trump my issues of late. Wait... I'm not sure that's actually something I want to "win" at . DOH! C'mon team! We can do it! Whether you are at, above, or below your goal, swim, swim, swim. Every yard/meter helps. Let's make a concerted effort to inspire those who are lagging a bit on their distances/times, particularly if they aren't posting here (in case they aren't reading the encouragement we're providing within the thread). Oh, and P.S., Thanks again for the positive thoughts, vibes and whatever dances Kendra and Beth were doing. |
