Morning Nibbs.  I stayed up to watch all of gymnastics and slept in this morning.

Yesterday was pretty bad for me, so I'm not really feeling like going to work today.  Trying to put that off.

Dee...

Maybe you could find a new job, relocate, and end up in a community with a POOL!!!!!

A cockroach free pool!!!

Move to the Upstate and swim at my pool. The we can go on long rides with George to Saluda

Now I would find that intimidating Swimming in "Pam's Pool", Gosh, I'd have SO MUCH to learn.... of course, then you'd be learning from one of the best

BTW... wasn't Pam supposed to go do 400m btrfly in 200m time and report back... seems like I recall something like that from earlier on....

LOL. The 50 fly in my 200 IM nearly killed me on Monday. It would be rather embarrassing to be rescued at the pool I work at it. Think I might lose some credibility.

Or some serious props for trying something so insane....

The ones who know that I've registered for an ironman already think I'm insane. Seriously, though. I do teach adults, especially triathletes. Someone has to spread the good news that kicking is not a sin! I can't believe how many triathletes drag their legs through the water "saving" them for the bike and run. And then curse at how tired they are coming out of the water, LOL. Heather, when we had a roof rack, we would put the trash can just inside the garage door in the car's parking spot. So we always had to stop to move it out of the way. "What the?" Oh yeah, bikes are on top of car

GREAT IDEA PAM!!!  I will try that... now let's hope I can remember to MOVE THE "trash can" into the garage.(I'll have to find some other object as our can usu. stinks)

Morning, Nibbs!

I fell asleep on the couch reading my trashy book (Bury the Lead by David Rosenfelt...since you asked Kendra) during beach volleyball and hit the bed before 10p.

On deck for today - drop off monkeys, head to gym to either swim or cycle (hopefully swim - but the lap allocation doesn't look promising) and then spin class.

WHOO WHOO! The pool schedule was wrong and there were 4 lanes of lap open this morning! (No noodle ladies at 8:30!) So I swam a nice 1250 before heading to spin class. ROCK ON!

Hmmm.

A thread I had in COJ on web-calendars seems to have been yanked.

I'm confusled. (This is my first yanked thread...not the first time I've been confusled.)

Did you get a PM about it?  If not, you probably didn't do anything.  They don't usually say anything except to the people who are naughty.  Maybe it was because the guy from the company violated the BT terms of service?

I mean, I really needed something else to do, right? So I decided to take on another challenge.

Yeah, I guess that could be it - I didn't get a naughty PM. The guy from the company didn't bother me, but I guess he could be wrong...(although I think the guys from Hammer, Javelin, etc. have done similar stuff). Ah, well. I got my Cozi working so I'm OK.

Now, if only they'd make prime-time coverage exciting, too.....

They need to spend more time showing swimming and biking, and less showing volleyball.

Of course, I may be biased....

Of course, the road stuff is over and done, and the track stuff hasn't kicked up yet.

Or has it... hmmm... off to investigate.
