My plans for the weekend:

  • lunch with friends Saturday
  • doing some Christmas shopping
  • cleaning living room
  • rearranging living room furniture

Not amazingly exciting, but it's all stuff that needs doing and I've been putting it off.  It'll be nice to have it done.  We also haven't been around the house too much on the weekends lately, so this will be a nice.

Sounds like a nice weekend -- productive w/ some fun thrown in.  We rearranged the living room last weekend to accomodate my trainer and the rowing machine -- moved them out of the front room so they're not the 1st thing you see when you walk in our house   I love rearranging furniture for some reason....

My mom used to rearrange the furniture all the time.  It kind of drove me crazy at the time.  Currently, our living room is driving me more crazy, so I can sort of see why she did it all the time.

Got a run in today, but my goal is swimming not running, so not a big help there.  After the Swim Qual for the Marines yesterday I am really tired today and could feel it in my run.  Maybe I will get some swimming in tomorrow morning while Laura is at work.

I got a run in today...doesn't help for this challenge, but it does keep me on track for trying to add a second sport in...after my first tri I decided to focus exclusively on running for awhile because it is my very very very weak spot...but  I must start biking and swimming again to get ready for next season!

Has your incision healed enough to get into the pool yet?  I find I do better following training plans--whether from the site or a book I bought last year that has about 16 plans for every level of tri.  It's probably harder on your residency schedule but a good starting place to start from.

That's really great Queen.  Injuries suck.

I got in my first official marathon run this morning.  I was slow due to a little too much booze last night.  But, hey I got up and out there!

Got my trainer ride in.  Then did some pushups/situps.  The Pats are on so I think I'm going to get back on and spin for a while.

Good morning team! Just checking in quickly but I can't stop to chat. HEAPS to do today!

I have changed my goals from 8 X cycling to 8 X running sessions. 'Cos my bike it at the LBS and due to crazy work roster I won't be able to pick it up for a while!

I had a good weekend. If anyone has the time I have written about it in my logs. Plus there are some photos

Happy training!!! x o
