I'm thinking I may run Friday when I get home so I can stay inside in the warm on Saturday.

I have a bit of a headache. I think I'm going to curl up in a ball under my desk and take a nap. That's where I'll be if you need me.

Can I bring you some hot tea???

And CHICKEN soup!!!!

Hot tea would be nice. I'm not a fan of soup Robin, maybe some whiskey for the tea though. To... you know... help me sleep better.

I am hungry. I had my post run Endurox, a hard boiled egg and some OJ for b'fast. Not enough. Need some fiber. This does not bode well for lunch. Maybe I can troll to some office mates for a protein bar or something.

It's supposed to be heavier to the south...maybe 6- 8 inches. We're only getting 3-4 but that is enough for me to strap on the shoes and run along the edge of the golf course behind my house. Great workout.
