My plan has a couple short runs this week with an 8 miler over the weekend. Next week a couple super short runs and then it is time to head to DC. It is not anywhere near challenging but there are some good uphills and great down hills and rides along the river. Then, wine and live music sitting in the grape arbor. Not bad at all! |
