Bill, I NEVER venture out into BT world anymore. Challenge threads and checking my friends blogs is it. I cannot stand the nastiness. I ventured out and asked some advise a couple of times. Silly me, I thought that was what this forum was for. HAH! I got byatch slapped. Then I just read others trying to pick up tips. Man alive.-meaness. YUCK.

I found my home in the challenge thread(s). I get support and laughs.

This is one reason why I stay away a little more now from BT.  Does it really matter to you if this guy wants to run when it is 55 degrees outside?  (This is rhetorical because I doubt a Ghoulie would question the guy)

Alright - now I am off to act like I am super busy.  I am not feeling too well though right now!

I think you may have to leave early, Bill. QUICK .. before you infect anyone!

I venture out fairly often into tri talk. I've had some interesting arguements with a few people. Told a few people off for being morons or unnecessarily mean. Some people are just DBs. I wholeheartedly admit that I am not the nicest person in the entire world, but some people take things too far.

ironannekidd - 2010-12-09 4:38 AM Good morning Ghoulies!

I was only going to work half a day today, because I have to go to the hospital for the EKG and to get the holter monitor. After being up with dogs and kiddos last night I slept in this morning and I'm taking the whole day off.

Sounds like a very good plan!

disturbed275 - 2010-12-08 9:03 PM Alright, I'm checking out for the night.  Thanks for keeping me company briefly

Night! I think it should be the other way around of you keeping me company...but no problem!

Fine I will give you a length head start...but I get to do free then.

Deal.  How far are we going? 50 yards?

Well if we only do 50 yds you are def not getting an entire length...you only get a length if we do 100 yds...I don't think I can make it through 50 yds in the 20s it will take you to do a 25. I know you just want to get my shirt off, but that's just too easy Neal Tongue out

I'm sort of here. I've been dozing on and off this morning. I need to go jump into the shower soon. I have to leave in a little over an hour to go get my tests done.

Napping is good. You have to tell us how the test go when you get back.

I read Bill's link. I also read some of the smackdown the guy was getting the other day for not wanting to run in the cold. I pretty much stay in THE VILLAGE anymore. People can be mean. Even some of the threads in CoJ that start out harmless or for fun can end up taking a negative turn. I have enough negativity in my life, I don't need anymore. And I certainly don't get paid enough to argue with someone over a hobby.

Ghoulies, If you can mark these on your calander: Meteor shower on the night of the 13th and the total lunar eclipse on the 20th (solstice).

http://news.yahoo.com/s/space/20101208/sc_space/meteorshowerandtotallunareclipsetowowskywatchersthismonth

We have been known to set the alarms and go in the yard with sleeping bags, hot drinks, nibbles and watch. Its best if you can call in late for work the next day. Better yet, have no work the next day at all.

Yeah... I think I'll pass on that. I did have some pesto pizza over the weekend, I could have shared that with you, no meat!
