I lose things all the time, buy a replacement and then guess what turns up. Any guesses how many watches or fingernail clippers I have? You can never have enough of those! I swer, I keep them in my purse and every drawer in the house. I never have to wonder where a pair is... : ) I'm horrible at keeping track of them. I buy some, then lose them, then buy more and lose them and buy more. Then I find all the ones I lost. recently went through the finding part of the cycle so I know where three are. It won't take long before I need to buy some more though. Cat progress! Inspired by our very own Paul, Crushers, and the ever delightful ell-in-or ... Lose something? To find it ... buy another one. You'll very shortly find the first. Lose Suicide? What do you think will happen if I go out and get another kitty ... HAHAHAHAHA |

Jean-Luc (not my only cat, just the most adventurous and troublesome, hence the stories), used to go round to the local shops for milk or food. One shopkeeper actually put a note through my door suggesting that I didn't feed him enough because he kept coming to her for milk - "what, you mean you give him milk and he keeps turning up?! what a surprise!!" |

Elite 3913 far northern CA | Subject: RE: March CRUSHERS U-Pick It Challenge I can only have indoor kitties. We live out of town. The coyotes, mountain lions, etc. would have a tasty treat. I'm surprised we still have four of six free range chickens! Yanti, I hope your kitty comes back soon. I love cats and it makes me sad when they vanish. |

The one that frustrates me the most is the sunglasses. Its really hard for me to find sunglasses that fit my weird nose (they sit way too high) and they're too much money to buy several pairs at once so most of the time I don't have sunglasses. |

Its really hard for me to find sunglasses that fit my weird nose (they sit way too high) and they're too much money to buy several pairs at once so most of the time I don't have sunglasses. I have bug-eyes (not really, I guess, but like most Asians they are far forward in my face) and really long eyelashes, and a ski jump nose, so to find a pair of shades that will actually sit on my nose without sliding down or smooshing my eyelashes is a real pain in the rear. So usually I wind up paying a lot of money for shades (if it fits, I BUY IT), and I still lose them anyway/sister's dog eats them/cats eat them/etc. However I am totally okay with my face as it is. |

For me : Swimming , the pool level is very high . Maybe the 4 inches of rain that fell on sunday during the marathon also swelled the pool. We had two stunt runners that got a lot of press : A 400 lbs sumo wrestler aka The FAt Guy who "ran" it in 9:38 and dropped 4 pounds over 26.2 miles And the McRunner who consumed nothing but McDonald diet for a month before the race and posted a very impressive 2:36 finish time |

Elite 2640 Ontario, Canada | Subject: RE: March CRUSHERS U-Pick It Challenge I did my first 10km race on Sunday! I shattered my expected arrival time, which was strange since I'm injured and walked at least 1km... The I went online and it was listed as 9km. NOW it makes sense. Someone must have messed up when setting up the route, then maybe a runner with a GPS came through the finish line with the bad news. I tripped on the board walk and took quite a dive. Now I have scrapped up knees and the front of one ankle. Sexy!
