I have the following spinervals VHS tapes for FREE to a good home:

  • The Uphill Grind
  • Recovery & Technique
  • Have Mercy
  • Muscle Breakdown
  • Mental Toughness

I'd prefer to ship them ALL to one location.  So, if you are one of the two people left in the world who still has an operating VCR, PM me!

I don't really like indoor training, though.  I'm over it: not why I got into cycling. I'd rather just miss a bike workout than indoor train.

I bought a sports bra for my wife ( hoping to limit excuses for not wanting to exercise) and it does not fit her ( not even close). She attempted to put it on once, and it has never been fully worn. The tags are still on it. This is an Exterra Tri Strappy Bra. Size is Large, I have no idea what chest / cup size it fits, but it does NOT fit a 38 DDD. ( Yea guys, I know what a lucky man I am ). Anyway, I am presently on vacation at Panama City Beach, Fl. watching it rain, and the bra is at the house, so no pics. Here is a linc to the website. http://www.xterragear.com/PhotoDetails.asp?ShowDESC=N&ProductCode=84032 ( seems Exterra has a copy right on their pics so I could not copy it)  I will send it to the first replier, after I return from vacation.

P.S. It's the Black and Blue one, in the lower right corner of the linc.

I will wash and clean them before shipping!

That's a shame - but I guess we should have been more wary about someone having their very first post here in the Pay it Forward thread.

True.  But if I were to "choose" who it went to, I wouldn't be truly paying it forward.  We can't always choose who it should go to.  I posted first to PM me gets it.  I couldn't cheat that.

It was sent UPS.  I am checking for the shipping info now.  Hopefully he got them.  Hopefully he is just out riding around and hasn't stopped yet...for a few weeks.

Hi Ryan,

Firstly thank you for the aero bars, they did arrive on a Thursday or Friday very promtly.

The day they arrived I had been told that I was to fly to London then next day, that is meant all I could do was open the box and think how light they are and that I can't wait to put them on my bike. But alas I had to pack and fly that day.

I arrived back yesterday at 3pm, and had a meeting at 5! so today I have been catching up on email etc, only on the way home did I read my 'sports' folder mail and see that I have been getting blasted for not relying earlier.

I'm sorry for my delay, I didn't mean to wait so long, I do look forward to sorting them out over the weekend and going for a ride.

Thanks you again,

R

See, I knew Astro would come through!  I hope you like them.  The pads will need to be replaced, but they should work great!!!

You should have seen my smile when I lifted the box, it weight almost nothing.

I'm going to visit Sports Basement tomorrow and look for new pads and get them to help tighten them so they don't move when I put weight on them, but they should be sweet. Will let you know how it goes.
