Good luck to all racing this weekend.  I will be racing with Bryan and Patrick Saturday (and yes, Bryan, we need to do a meetup and get a pic.  I sent you a PM with my number and have put yours in my phone).

I will try to run on Sunday too for the virtual run, but that will depend on my daughter's volleyball schedule.

Like everyone else said, I thought I had some busy weekends, but I think Ann wins this one!  Wow!

Oh I see how it is, you PM Bryan you number but the rest of us aren't good enough to get it!  Not very group friendly now is it?

Thankfully, this week end is not a typical schedule but it does happen occaisionally.  I'm sure it happens to all of us peroidically.  I just hope I  get though it.  Just got my run in.  It's a little chilly out.  I hope Sunday's run doesn't turn out to be a dreadmill event.  I will run tho!!

Maria aka fat2tri.  Nice to meet you.  When and what are you running this week end?  I missed the original post.

I will be happy to be the time keeper...  I already have little clocks for all kinds of time zones on my desktop,  

On a side note, I will soon have a whole lot more time for training since as of March1, I am 50% employed, a casualty of  a venture work environment. 

And BTW, it is supposed to only be 43F Sunday morning!  What is up with that, this is Florida!!!! What am I supposed to wear now?

You guys crack me up! I look forward to reading these posts each day during my lunch break (OK - also throughout the work day as well - hush - don't tell my boss).

It's been a good week of training. Today was a rest day, but for the week I got two good swims in, two bikes, three short runs (without pain!), and some strength training. The second bike felt really good - 9.5 miles at just under 20 mph. I hope to get another bike ride in tomorrow.  Lesson learned: be patient - stick with your plan - results will follow.
