Subject: RE: Peachy November ChallengeI've been in such a funk lately. Friday, I didn't want to do anything, literally. I had appts to do and errands and all I wanted to do was cancel them and crawl into bed. Saturday was my long run (run/walk intervals) day and I didn't want to do it but told myself I had to. Unfortunately my legs did not want to carry me and despite going slower than I've ever gone, after 25 minutes my legs said no more running. So I walked. Sunday, I swam but still was feeling so depressed from Saturday's run. I was scared of trying to run this morning as it was supposed to be my first 'run 2 miles, no walking unless needed'. So what did I do... I ran 2 miles, slowly, no walking. My legs were a bit cranky at the end but I did it.
