http://www.roadtoboston.com/djapps/trainingPlans/genPDF/4/displayStartDay/1/planStartDay/1/Miles/schedule.pdf

Thanks for the links.  Looks good!

Did you get your tree decorated?

still working on the tree...I underestimated the amount of lights needed!!!!

Whoops!  Do you have enough or do you have to run out and get more?  Multi colored lights or white?

definitely white lights....I love the serenity of white lights....I found some more, so I didn't have to go out....now it needs more ornaments!....this is quite a project!

We talking the temperature? or my relationships??? I hear ya - always seems like spring and fall just are way too short. But I prefer cold running over the heat and humidity. At least with cold you warm up. With the heat, I just melt into the pavement like ooze.

Yeah I blinked and winter was here. I'm gaining a new love for running in the cold and I agree it sure beats the heat. The goal this winter is to avoid the treadmill at all costs. we'll see how that goes when the sub-zero highs roll in

I agree. I tend to pass out if I get to hot (really, it's bad) so I am learning to enjoy the cold. I really like it so far. I never thought I'd say that! Of course, the low I've run in is about 20ish so we will see what I have to say in a few months!

Yeah it was in the teens yesterday with a stiff wind.  I'm still trying to figure out how to layer correctly.  I was freezing for the first ten minutes but was burning up at the end of my run.  It is definitely taking some getting used to.

I run the first 2-3 miles in a loop back to my car and then I take off a layer, or two!....I like the cold, but not those wicked cold winds!
