kromanowski - 2008-12-06 2:55 PM I got a run in today...doesn't help for this challenge, but it does keep me on track for trying to add a second sport in...after my first tri I decided to focus exclusively on running for awhile because it is my very very very weak spot...but  I must start biking and swimming again to get ready for next season!

Has your incision healed enough to get into the pool yet?  I find I do better following training plans--whether from the site or a book I bought last year that has about 16 plans for every level of tri.  It's probably harder on your residency schedule but a good starting place to start from.

I am planning on Stating a 20 week olympic plan on January 2nd...The incision is almost ready, but not quite

Dear RTMECS team members,

Why do some of you have goals saying "TBD?" It's already more than one week into December. In other words, it's time to put your goals on the spreadsheet and get on with your training. Or you shall be cattle prodded.

I got another swim in today - halfway done with my goal.  It's a good thing, too.  The pool closes after the 15th.

Well, actually.... It's more like: "Founding and sole member of Cattle-Prodders-R-Us". But there's always room for more of us! (Provided that I remain CEO of the organization.)

I swam - so no need to taser me today

I understand that there is no need to, but can we anyways??

hehe!

only if you promise to wear your steal tipped boots

Funny enough I had to switch to my steal tips today since I messed up my other boots last friday swimming in them.  It's really hard swimming in cammies, boots, flak, kavilar, and a pack.  I hate swim qual.

Got a run in today, but rolled my ankle and managed to twist the knee in the process.  Now I am really sore, so we will see how it effects my swimming, but walking is becoming a serious challenge.

I know.  I can't afford to push through the pain.  To many plans for next year to injure myself right not.  So trust me, I plan on taking it easy if needed.

Don't push it. Revise your goals in the challenges, if you need to.

(Unlike Cat, who cannot revise her goals - because she still hasn't decided on them....)

(Hi Cat. Yes, I am speaking about you.)
