Has your incision healed enough to get into the pool yet? I find I do better following training plans--whether from the site or a book I bought last year that has about 16 plans for every level of tri. It's probably harder on your residency schedule but a good starting place to start from. It's really hard swimming in cammies, boots, flak, kavilar, and a pack. I hate swim qual. |
