what do you stuff the scallops with?? we are having salmon and scallops and may have stuffed scallops if its not too involved!?!

morning ghoulies ~ up at the crack of dawn ~ took most of my decorations down ~ and yes, I did end up getting a christmas tree a few days before xmas. Its coming down today.

lots of work to do today. Short week ~ im with ann and plan on three day since that is what my dd and dh are working....actually dh is off today and we will be going on a bike ride mid afternoon and then we are off to shop with some gift cards we received. hope you all have a great day

It is basically stuffing with scallops chopped up in it, form into smashed balls and bake.

I live in BFE. No pizza delivery. I have to drive to get it. That's probably a good thing, otherwise I'd eat WAY too much pizza every week.

Hope everyone had a good Xmas. Neal and I had fun with his family! They got me some cool presents for travelling. Haha. Neal got me and engraved frame with my Ironman time and date and stuff on it and put one of my finishing chute pictures in it! I got Neal this ridiculous 3'x5' hawkeye flag and a hawkeye iphone case. I can't believe I indulged his obsession! Haha.

Making some soup with the leftover ham that his Mom sent home with us today! I think Neal and I are going to go for a swim once he gets off work.

You going to let him swim faster than you?

Good news: The Daughter and boy friend are bringing dinner over

Bad news: They are leaving tomorrow to go back to upstate Wisconsin.

Yes but when you split the cost of a house with Ghoulies it gets better!

I am hitting the road to go monitor Lucy and Ethyl and Stan and Ollie this morning. Of course it is windy and the high is gonna be in the 40s.

I got new gloves for Christmas, you are welcome to borrow them.

That would be good. and a hat and a thermos of hot chocolate!

Ok, when you go in my house, go back the hallway and the first door on the right is the office. I have a wooden locker in there, mine is the first one, in the top bin there should be warm hats, scarves, gloves, and even those neoprene thingers you can put over your face, there are also several coats there as well, help yourself. In the dining room, the left side of the dry sink has the thermoses (sp). I'm not sure I have any hot chocolate right now. Maybe you could stop at a convenience store and fill up.

Speaking of gloves ... I gave my dh two new pair for Christmas.  Good thing, because the night before last, someone prowled our driveway and stole his older (favorite) pair from the car.

We live in a generally pretty safe neighborhood, but it seems like Dec/Jan often brings prowls each year.  Of course the gloves are not a big loss and maybe they really needed them, but we could tell that some one tried to get into the locked trailer (car was unlocked).  It creeps me out to think about someone sneaking around our driveway so close to the house!
