My bike is at 100% I will get my last swim in today, might get a quick run in but will come up a little short on the run goal, the beginning of the month I missed a run because the canoe ride was badddd for the legs!! and I also thought the month went to Thursday! Which is a 2 a day for me!! and I am 3 short right now. Sorry team! But overall I am very pleased with the amount of training I did....soooo much better than the last 2 months! Thanks for the push team! |

I got to the pool today and cranked out 1600 meters - just enough to take me to 100% on the swim. That was about my limit today. I was feeling kind of tired, but perhaps to be expected as this was my best month ever for all three disciplines from a training distance perspective. Good luck to everyone who still has some workouts remaining.Dan Congratualations, Dan!! Way to persevere! GO TEAM |

Between my daughter coming in for the weekend and working and tennis I got a little behind on workouts. But with a walk and ride on the bicycle this evening I'll be at 100%. |

Some of you know I am now up in NJ seeing to the arrangements of my grandmothers funeral. She passed on Sunday morning. She had a long wonderful life (92 yrs old!) had all her facilities to the end and died quietly in her sleep. There is no way I can finish this challenge, although it may not matter the team seems to be doing so well! I may get a run in tomorrow... but there have been many late nights and busy days attending to family matters and such and I can not see me getting in additional rides or swims. Sorry to let my team down! Please feel free to drop me... So sorry to hear about your Grandmother. Thoughts and prayers to you and your family during this time. And don't worry. You did not let the team down. |
