(And no, I didn't work out today.) I logged onto BT, and saw someone asking when the Challenge update would be done.... Good thing she mentioned it, 'cause I completely forgot that today was Monday. (I did mention that I feel brain dead, right?) So that pretty much sums up how my day went.... Going to eat something. However, I am REALLY missing Little Debbie right about now. She is missing from my kitchen cabinet, and I really wish she was here! (SUGAR! Send SUGAR!) So as soon as I eat something, I'll work on the challenge updates. It shouldn't take long. Bleh - work. Yay - BT.  |

My concern is that my current manager and director can hold me in this position as long as 3 months from the time the other person wants to bring me aboard. If I outright resign, I just walk away but have to rebuild all my benefit time. If I transfer, all my accrued time remains but I have to stay longer in my current position to play the game that managers play...ARGH...I'm going to talk to his former manager ASAP...there's a part of me that wants to remain in a critical care area and a part of me that just wants to do good basic care Wow, I guess it will depend on how badly you want certain things. Good vibes still going your way to help you with your decision making.Thanks everyone, The problem with the position he mentioned is that it hasn't been posted so it's waiting for D. to post it then having the nonsense of my managers holding on as long as they can get away with it. The place I interviewed at is sooooo close to home, I could really get up at the same time I do now and HAVE TIME to run or get a ride in before getting ready for work. The position he told me about well...it wouldn't necessarily require on call, no weekends or holidays and it starts around 7:30 or 8:00 AM so I would be able to get a work out in pre work too...That hospital is about 25 min from here...real close to my LRS which has group runs 2 evenings a week Decisions, decisions...
