Morning Nibbs

it looks like I've missed out on a lot over the past few days   too many pages and not enough time

I have more werk to do today - I'll be glad when this project is done

those were some great races last night weren't they!

Lots of track cycling on this morning.  It's post poned my own ride.

Well I ended up doing a big lot of nothing. Pumped up my tires for a ride, went back in to get my water bottles, and came back to a flat tire. My 1st! Hooray - at least it happened in my driveway. So I wrassled with it and got it changed, but by now it's too late and I'm too crabby so I'm taking a mental day.

I had my first flat when I was out on a ride - thankfully someone stopped and rescued me - he changed the tire for me and I was on my way

I had only had my bike a few weeks - ack!

Howdy peeps!  I ended up going over to a friend's last night and then got home at 1:00 am.  Of course, I had to get up at 7:00 this morning to meet some friends to pre-ride the bike course for a tri in two weeks.  The ride went well, but I got home at 2:30, showered, ate, went grocery shopping, and then took a nap.

I'm still tired, but we aren't doing too much tonight.  Going to see Tropic Thunder.

Completely agree.  That's why I've been going to bed so late the past week.  It's been worth it.   

Yeah, I figured that out after I posted it.

The course was very flat.  I'm totally serious this time.  A few rollers but that's it.  Everyone I rode with today said the same thing.  The worst part is having to go over a bridge at mile 8 that has some metal grates.  The grates are a little scary but not too bad.  Just go over straight and don't slow down too much.
