Artemis - 2008-10-22 9:39 AM I am so hungry and my husband is stuck at work until at least 7. I had a snack consisting of tortilla chips and american cheese. Real healthy.

OK...ummm.. whats Amercian cheese?

How to explain...it's very processed bright orange.  It melts really well.

Do you have Velveeta?  Kinda like that.

Probably not.  Even using "cheese" to describe it is kind of a stretch.  Some varieties are so processed that they have to call it "pasteurized processed cheese food" instead of "pasteurized processed cheese".

That's the same thing.  Here, you can also get them not individually wrapped, which I think taste a little better.

enders_shadow - 2008-10-21 5:43 PM I made steak fajitas for dinner. I feel like I should have a margarita. I have no margarita mix. I have no tequila. I do have some nice red wine. In a pinch... red wine = margaritas.

heh - I'm having a glass of red wine as well

I did not make dinner tonight, or clean up - which was a nice treat!

how are you feeling Kristen?
