It is a gorgeous Saturday morning here - sunny and 68 F. I'm hoping for a bike ride today if I can get my right knee to behave.

I am looking at the weather for the week end and I am not too sure how to fit my workouts in it ...

I will probably do my long run today, then go for a quick OWS. 

I am a bit nervous about it to be honest, never swam in open water that much.

I like OWS MUCH better than the pool. You will do fine.

Morning teamies. I am trying to catch up with everything.

Hopefully I will be able to get into the lake this weekend for my first OWS. (Nicole!!)

We have a lot of work to do here moving furniture out of two cottages due to the family land issues.

That and getting ready for our annual Memorial day party- about 100 people for 4 days !

I VOW to get all my training in somehow.

Everyone have wonderful Saturdays. (or Saturday night/ sunday am in Japan).

I have OW experience, but it was about 40 years ago....so, I hear ya. I need to find some group that does OW near me. I'm only 40 minutes drive from the ocean, so I figure I should be able to find some folks. Need to get dw involved to deal with the language issues.

I got in a decent ride today. Kept it local and light cause my knees are acting up a bit.

It was windier than the weather dudes forecast, but at least it wasn't gusty.
