10 pages since 6 am? Dee, I think that "splitting up the chatters" thing didn't work out so well for ya.
Well, they were split up initially. Then more joined -- and requested this team.

Does that make us the cool kids?

Do cool kids enjoy being tasered?

Sweet!  I've never been a cool kid before.  I suppose I could withstand a good tasering to become one

Hey folks. Got my first run of the month in this evening. It was a little bit of a struggle but I got thru it. More menta than anything else. Every once in a while I play this stupid mind game with myself and I convince myself that I can do my work-out when I get hiome from work. It's so dumb casue after my 11 hour day plus the drive when I get home I dont wanna do nothin.

Just gotta remember to get my runs in either in the morning or during lunch.

Anyway, 4.79 miles for today.

Great job pushing through the run!  Even more impressive that you did it after an 11 hour day.

serendipity - 2009-06-02 9:06 PM I tried to stay away, I really did, but I couldn't even make it 2 days without begging to get into a challenge. I missed you all too much.

Anyway, Dee said I should come here for a tasering join your team, so here I am. I'm fighting a cold, but my first run of the month is on the schedule for Thursday, so I am resting up.

I guess I'll spend the resting time trying to catch up on 30 pages!

Hi Debbie!  My question is, why did you ever try to leave?

To prove that I am not addicted.  See, I can walk away from the challenge forum whenever I want...

Oh well, there are worse things to be addicted to.

I actually had to work today.  I see everyone else was busy...  Looks like we have some new memebers.  Even though I didn't participate it appears that some of them might have lost the May swim challenge - not that there's anything wrong with that!  Got in first run of the month on a little transitional run after a short bike ride.

Morning Robert! Did you realize you cruised right on by post 2000 without even blinking?

Damn, I kinda missed it. Now lets rush to 3k so I can post something meaningfull
Yep. See what I mean ^^^? Oh, do you have to post something meaningful???? 'Cause I don't think I ever did.

Ummm no... I think I did 1000, 5000,10000, 20000.... not sure if I will do another one though... not sure if I can continue to find something meaningful to say!

I operate under the assumption that all of my previous posts were meaningless so why should it be any different for whatever milestone I'm reaching.

Nice thinking

I just did my running - at least, that's what it feels like! Only 6 pages this time, though - apparently we're slowing down. No, that was not a challenge, Robert.

Food - yum. Beer - yum. Vodka - yum. Wine - yum. Dessert - yum.

I'm a little bit pouty because I was supposed to run 2 miles today, but my body woke me up around 2, I saw it was gorgeous out, so I called my BFF and she skipped work while we went for a hike-ish sort of thing. I volunteered to walk a local ski/trail run area with my GPS to get the trails onto the topo map for my SAR team (we use it for training, and the trails are WAY confusing!). Fun project, I had just planned to do it on my walk days, not my run days. Oh well. Run tomorrow, then ride-along with the ambulance!

Speaking of which, I need to study for my exam. Lemme get right on that.

At least I've got two sessions down - I'm right on track. I'm sorta scared to start running again, but I know I need to just bite the bullet and do it, and then I'll feel a lot better.

I think I need a new avatar, too. Suggestions? I've already done the camo taser thing. images.google.com, here I come!

Managed 3 miles on the treadmill today.  It has been raining for two days here so it was all I was willing to do.
