We have some gong show politics going on up here...wooooo for politics...wooo for funding cuts to education and health care at the same time...S_M_R_T....yaaa...oh well...at least I got into medicine last year and don't have to worry about them reducing medicine class sizes by 50 a year for both schools in Alberta (= 100 less doctors a year coming out of school)...oh well...politics politics...YAY ALBERTA!!! High five! :/ On a more pleasant note: Went for a bike ride! WOOOO!!! And made some split pea and bacon soup!!! Sooooo goood...I have skillzzzz... Hope everyones weekend was good! I go back to school tomorrow! |

CRP?...and they can tell them...most of them have written it down on their report sheet...but still :S I will be that good...I am determined...haha |

Either an alien creature has invaded Bill's Ghoulie body or his weekend had more drama than mine, Ann's, and Amy's combined. And Tom's Good morning everyone. I had a "fun" weekend as well with drama, but I'm getting used to it. At least the kids had a happy Easter and I was able to spend some nice time with them. Especially during our first ever earthquake together! The kids actually both did really well and just hung out with me in the doorway until it was over. The water almost splashed out of the fish tank, but no other damage, thankfully.oh my! Glad all are safe! |

I have thought about doing it, but don't want to do it alone. Would anyone want to help me mentor a group? I wouldn't ask except I'm not allowed to be unsupervised around adults. As much as I'd love to help out, I feel like I'd be much better off as a "Mentee." I was actually really bummed last December because I hadn't checked BT for a few days when they opened up the Mentor program and I missed out. Oh well - maybe this time. I've only been in one group before..think I would also be more of a "mentee" But I would be a great cheerleader for them! Not sure I have enough experience? |
