Nice crowd this morning.  Hi Bill, Ann, Neal and Melindy!

This is a step back week, so my long run is only 10 miles. I'm going to do it this morning. It's only 50º outside this morning. And dry. 

Enjoy it now. It is to hit the 90's again tomorrow and Sunday here.

 

Enjoy!  It's gotten into the 50s the last few mornings here too.  It's perfect!

Yeah, that's why I decided to get it done today.  I have to go into the city tomorrow morning and have a session with a ChiRunning coach on Sunday, so today is a good time to get it done. Upside of unemployment, lots of flexibility. 

But I don't wanna get up! I don't know why I can't sleep in! Ahhh! It is still dark outside!

If I brought you coffee, would that help you wake up?

Last week we were sent a Word doc to fill out with employee information. They asked things like name, address, home phone, cell phone, personal email address, SSN, POC in case of an emergency, all of their good information and such. I filled about half of the form out and turned it in. Some of the answers to those questions aren't necessary.

Today we get a new form to fill out, with less personal information on it. I filled most of this one out. I did not give out my cell phone number, I only give that to people I want to talk to, and I don't want to be called in to work on my personal time. I did that once last winter, I won't do it again.

I'd tell you two to get a room, but... well... it seems you already have one.

It seems like Neal and Melindy are off to a good start to complete all of the F's. I've got the Friday part accomplished. Now where to find a bar to get a Fat Frog.

Ann, can't remember if I told you this or not.  I found some great new athletic tape.  It's called RockTape. It isn't pre-cut like KT Tape, but has some cool colors and designs.  I have the yellow biohazard tape and black tape with flying skulls.
