Dee, I have been triing to get mine to do anything with me! He used to be in crosscountry/track in HS...Now I know that was 20yrs ago but he was GOOD! And he loved it then....20 yrs of not taking care of ourselves it will be hard and he won't be fast but I keep telling him it will get better! No go..

How about getting his doctor to tell him to get active again? Will that help any?

nope.... he isn't really overweight and he is an Ironworker for his fulltime job and is a drill sgt in training for army national guard...I would just like to see him take better care of himself.

How about a "family bike ride"

I am off to bed....one very tired girl! Need to figure out my run goal for next month, I will be training for my first 1/2 mary.

1) Nads.................101.1% (98.25% base)
2) Fighting Okra........95.0%
3) Fighting Artichokes..90.0%
4) Chanticleers.........70.9%
5) Gorlocks.............66.7%

Congratulations to those who reached their goals. For those that were injured, heal up! For those that just slacked off, try harder next month!

Considering everything that happened at the end of the month, it was an awesome challenge to the end. Great job Team Fighting Okra!

welppers. FOs i think that we had an AWESOME TEAM, and this was a month full of SO many challenges, not just the ones we had on the spreadsheet.

but id say we've all come up FIRST PLACE WINNERS!
