Am I penalized for that? Yes... Generally, the Challenge rules require that you log your training in your BT log. Your log is the "proof" that you ran, biked, swam, trained. However, you don't need to log the workouts in detail. How about if you just add the time or distance? (I can't remember which your goals are in. If they're in hours, just log your total time. If they're in distance, just log your miles/yards.) |

The two teams with the lowest overall percentages for the month will have to change their avatar to something with a flower (April showers bring May flowers...). If you are on a losing team, it doesn't matter what your percentages are, just that you are on one of the teams with the lowest percentage. Let me know if you have any questions! -Jen I'm thinking we'll be butter cups if we don't start sucking it up. I still want 14 minutes Sadly no. I came to grips though and punished my bike the next day. In fact, I'm about to go suck it up for an hour long Friday night trainer ride. Tomorrow is 30 miles with a 30 mintue brick. Then Sunday is yet another brick. No rest for the weary onion this weekend. |

I haven't broken the 30:00 barrier in the 5k yet (after running for 4 years) And I ran a 28:40. I am so elated!!!!! This really has been a great running month for me even with the low mileage. I am finally gaining speed!! FINALLY!!! |

Although my goals were well intended, life does happen. I am not giving up but…I don’t think I will be able to swim 7100 yards, AND run 25 miles by Wednesday. ![]()
