Have to go up to the shops to get some medication so will have a look at thebutchers etc and see what they have ready made and go from there... Guests from out of town, went to Aquarium, Stone Mountain laser show and then Braves game. All in two days time. Luckily I had today to rest up from it all. Have to go up to the shops to get some medication so will have a look at thebutchers etc and see what they have ready made and go from there... I did think about making cheesecake since I know he likes it and his mum is a cook not a baker.... will see how Im feeling as its a bit fiddly! Ok not up to making cheesecake... to be honest the thought of it turns my tummy... So... I bought Chicken Mignon for dinner, making my potato salad which I love (if he doesnt like it his problem - the trick is no mayonnaise and too much sour cream) and steamed green beans. I couldnt face dessert so I bought Mrs Fields Cookies, Apple Crumble with Vanilla Ice Cream (the best store bought I know of but stil never as good as if I made it myself) He isnt working today (he works 4 day pon/4 off shifts days/nights) so will be over here soonish... Science Nerd 28760 Redwood City, California | Subject: RE: Nibbs XLI Hi Nibbs!! Everyone is quiet today. Had my follow-up appointment with the endocrinologist. One of the biggest things that came up is that I am iron deficient. Supposed to start a multivitamin with iron, but I have no idea which one to take. Vitamins are way too confusing!! Also getting some more tests to see if my adrenals are working ok and if I'm having celiac problems. Fun stuff! Oh wait, not so much... |
