Should be a good 12-14 mile ride. Te weather is sooo nice I can't just sit here and pay bills all day. Send them to Tom to pay! Ooh! Then I can give him the stamps to lick when he comes over to give me that massage! Good thinkin' Ann! I am not going to say anything here about Tom and licking..... I'm not. I know. She just lobbed that one right up there, didn't she? yes, i did. it was an exercise in gouhlie self control for you guys.  I'm a giver like that. Just think what a strong personal character you have after that!! Um... I don't want a strong personal character. I want to have fun! It's funny how those traits are so often at odds with eachother... There's a constant contradiction between what feels good and what feels right. Nah Being right ALWAYS feels good.. alternatively, if it feels good, most often, it is right. Just not in everyone's mind. But we don't care about them, now do we? Now I'm confused. I always thought it was easy to tell the difference between right and wrong, it's always hardest to do what's right. But I do like your way of thinking. And I am almost ALWAYS right. I'm talking 99.99999999999% of the time. Nobody's perfect though.  |

It'd be nice to have a training partner, but I'm afraid his training volume will be about triple mine. Oh well. You can always do what I've been doing with a couple of my friends-just do a part of their run/bike/swim with them, then go on your merry way. My friends have been gracious enough to do out and back routes for the section i will be with them, then go on their merry way afterwards. Just a thought. we do this too...if I want to run with someone that is going longer then I want or need I will determine their speed and pick the front or back half of their run. |

Speaking of biulls, I've been a good boy and paid mine today so I just reewarded myself by registering for a 4-mile race I've been wanting to do for 10 years! It's the only time the whole year you can run over the Coronado Bridge, so I'm really excited. Now that would be cool! |

I live too far away to go to any classes but I would really like to incorporate that type of cardio strength training combo. |

That's saying something, unless you consider that I'm not that tall, or terribly wide. So, I took a shortcut home. I am heading to the shower, thent o pick the kids up from school, and then homework with the kiddos and interviewing a potential new babysitter. If all goes well, the kids, the hubby, and I are goignt o see a movie tonight! Hope everyone else has a wonderful evening! |
