I may try to go for an open water swim at a lagoon but it's kind of chilly out and foggy.  I'm not feeling very motivated.

KOM - 2010-05-31 6:54 AM I think the Bay is still a little cold for a sans wetsuit swim but I am giving it some serious thought anyway.
Yikes, I'd go for the suit!

I would too!

I will be signing up for the June challenge...  I just haven't gotten around to it yet.  I need to kick my training into high gear for sure in June.

Went for a ride yesterday for a friend and we decided to do the bike course for the Lake George Tri that I'm doing in September.  I'm glad we did because I would not want those hills to be a surprise during the race!

Went to the Memorial Day service at our Veterans' Park. It was really humbling, and sobering. We know a young man who will be deployed soon. It made me think about all the fun I have in my daily life, and how he (and other military people) gives that up to preserve the freedom that we have in this country.

Water temp was 62 and the wind off the water was cold.

So I sat in the warm sun instead and drank wine.

I need to have opinions about logging workouts.  I rode my bike to a local park tonight for a running class.  Then I rode home. Would you count that as 1 bike workout or 2?

Instead of doing anything tri related tonight, I'm stuck trying to track down an email or a phone number for one of the mothers on my daughters team.  She has "forgotten" snack sevral times now and I just need to know if I should go get a back up.  Although, it is supposed to storm bad tomorrow, so maybe I can just ignore this for the night?  I'd much rather sit here and obsess over my June goals...  Smile
