Morning All!

I was going to comment again on the sunglasses issue but then I realised I put my phone in the wash last night and that is far more stupid than continually breaking glasses - doh! So now I have n0 phone and no car (still in the garage from when I reversed into a truck the other week). What next?! The garage had told us today but of course it hasn't even been started on so now they say Friday....probably.....I said it had better be Friday because we have weekend and next week plans that just can't be done without a car, so fingers crossed for me please everyone!

Oh no!  Hope the car gets fixed soon!  I've washed things before too, bf's headphones, bf's wallet... in my defense I was just trying to be nice and do his laundry for him.  Headphones actually still worked and he needed a new wallet anyway  My mom once washed our remote it never worked again.

Blaaaaaaaaaarg ... I am very ill again

dratdratdrat. Really really cannot afford to be ill--either to cover the medical costs out of pocket, or not be working.

Funny a few weeks ago I thought I had food poisoning ... well it's the exact same thing now but worse, so who knows what it is. My sister was gonna take me to hospital tonight but I was delirious and insisted I'm sure I'd be fine by tomorrow. forehead slap ... owww that hurts. Everything hurts.

Feel better Yanti!!

Morning All!

Hope everyone is doing well this morning, especially you Yanti, although I suspect there has been no miracle recovery yet

Its my birthday today, and I am determined to have a fun day, even though I am at work. I started off with breakfast with my husband which was nice, we never breakfast together because I am always straight out the door to train while he heads to work. Then I went to pilates, a nice relaxing start to the day, and now I am in work.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!

I started checking pockets before putting things in the wash when I was a teenager after my favorite pair of jeans got ruined because my brother had crayons in his pocket. They melted all over in the dryer and took a lot of cleaning before it wouldn't ruin anything that went in the dryer.

Hey everyone ... well dayshifts are over - they really do make it impossible to have any kind of a life outside work. I go on nights tomorrow for a few ...

I'm doing OK ... I just had a crap run and I'm very tired (dayshifts, once again, suck) ... heating up some delish but very stinky left-over curry and having a glass of wine and just relaxing. I can sleep in tomorrow morning, I'm looking forward to that!

My workouts are going well, my eating's on track, and I'm quite pleased about this ...
However I have done NO yoga and haven't even looked at my paperwork-related goals ... I'm also terribly sad because I miss my boyfriend - it was a week today that he left and he's not back till early Thursday morning and leaves again Thurs night for a hockey tourney .. and since I'm on nights Wed/Thurs, I don't know that I'll see him. I miss him so much! It's the first time we've been apart since we started dating. ;-(

I'm a grumpy snort.

No yoga!! I am having trouble with my goals this month too because so many little extras have been added to my to do list and I have a course starting next week. I'm sorry Crushers! It looks like I am an anchor this month, but I'm not done yet!

Uh, no.  I'm pretty sure that's me.  Embarassed

Sending you lots of white light, healing angels, and teeny-tiny melon-presses! (well, giant hugs but my boobs are small!)

i like all of those!! also, melon-presses are in the heart and spirit--of which you have in DDD abundance

in any case, fruit presses of all kinds are delightfully received and returned.

Well then {{mid sized melon press}} from me to you too!!!

I really wish I could remember to do this more often...  my dd has chapstick in all her pockets these days.  I HATE finding that in the dryer!

On a track team, especially like a relay team, the "anchor" is the strongest, most important person on the team. And that's how I see both of you. So this month isn't going as well as you hoped. You're still an integral part of the challenge forum.

Hear, hear!!!

I consider myself the team inspiration ... I come around here and batch about how I'm sick and injured, and it inspires people to train because they can, and to be kind to me, which of course means they're practicing being good people. Hahahahaha ... well, you all ARE really good people.

HAHAHA I do like that race ... unfortunately I got lost and wound up doing 19.3 instead of 13.1, and it was raining all day so the trail climbing was REALLY fun

Good luck!!! It is beautiful.
