That team is way to big! LOL If I inspire all my team plus my other friends it takes close to 45 min and that's usually saying something short. Heaven forbid we have a discussion going that requires a lot of "conversation" in the inspires...some days I'm happy to see nothing logged cause there's nothing to comment of (other days I ask if they feel okay or call them a slacker) i share your feeling, Ive slowly culled a few people off my friends list but its still awful difficult to keep up... I feel bad about not getting to everyone so I now make sure I reply to all the inspires I get (if I havent left a message for them) and then slowly work my way through my friends list over a few days... there are just not enough hours in the day! Yeah, between friends and team the size of football teams, inspiring can be tough sometimes. Luckily I'm one of those people who don't need to hear from people everyday. |

What I know.... Ive lost weight before but ever since I was on Prednisone (high doses) for most of 2006 I have really really struggled with weight loss... I loose some and the gain half back... its a bit of a nuisance really! My knowledge is really mixed, Ive done weight watchers in the past (when I gained weight at Uni), then just subscribed to 'dont eat crap' most of the time... and its worked just fine... Ive read Friel, Paleo for Athletes, Body for Life etc as well as online articles and never have trouble helping others out with their eating plans on line and in real life but for some reason when it comes to myself I cant find the formula since I was on the drugs! |
