In other news, I made deeeeeee-licious dinner tonight:  grilled lemon pepper tilapia brown & wild rice and grilled asparagus.  Aren't I so healthy??

Then I ate a small but decidedly evil (kinda like my heart) pumpkin donut.  Oops.

It's funny, we have actually been talking about all things pumpkin in my run challenge thread and the Aussie girls on the team had that very same reaction!  Everything pumpkin in the fall!!!  Pumpkin lattes, pumpkin squares, pumpkin muffins, pumpkin bread, pumpkin soup, and apparently pumpkin donuts.

I am going to morph myself into a cyclist.  I just improted the 8 week bike focus winter program into my training log...It starts the week after my half mary when I won't really want to look at my sneakers anyway.  Who volunteers to keep myy azz accountable to stay on the saddle?  We know how much I hate the drainer....But I gotta get revenge on Jen and Kristen for passing me on the bike this summer in our races

Well, I imported them this season but then used ones from my book (Essential Triathlon training....Matt Fitzgerald). His off season plans didn't warm my heart.  2 choices, one easy one moderate no specific focused ones...just mainteneace plans.  I need to start kicking butt on the bike, like I said.  It's time to beat Jen and Kristen for passing me last summer

Hi Nibbs!

did I miss the party?

Nope, I'm plotting my revenge on Jen and Kristen for passing me on the bike last summer.  But...it's late and I have an early run in the morning since I have plans tomorrow evening.

What did you think?

I thought it was perfect for my needs.  I really wanted specific swim works outs in terms of drills/distances/etc. and it helped me a lot.  I listen to Sal every once in awhile but don't tell him.  He actually adjusted it for me because I was training for a sprint tri but I needed longer distances on the bike because I was also training for an end of season HIM relay.
