I'm totally voiceless right now. Whenever I'm in a loud place where I have to speak up I lose my voice. My throat is on fire right now. I picked up some nasty herbal tea my coach recommended and am going to start on that and hope it works. |

Champion 7931 Sequim, Washington | Subject: RE: Team Peep Show - The Sequel I put in 5 hours at my parents place this morning. went home...had lunch was feeling sorry for myself and I took a nap...spent some time daydreaming woke up and felt good about life again. had a second lunch indulged in a hot bath and I have been productive ever since.

Friday we had beautiful weather, turned off the heat opened some windows had a great 5.5 mi run outside in just a long sleeve shirt! Today woke to the stupid white stuff! Not too much but enough to not run outside. Cold and yucky out. |
